Nov - Feb It can be quite chilly this time of year but a lot warmer than England (it's a bad year if there's any frost). You might expect to be eating lunch in the sun but it will be nippy at night. There is a wood burner and plenty of electric fires.
Mar - April Probably the best time of year. You can expect it to be warm (but not too warm ) and sunny. Also the sites won't be too crowded.
May - Oct The beginning and end of the season are very pleasant. Good weather and all the cafes will have tables outside. July/August will be hot. The house is designed to maximise air movement (one day we will have air conditioning…).
Xmas Enough said. A pretty good chance of sunshine but bring warm clothes. And you can buy turkeys locally (though not a big as you're used to).
